Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. Rehab was a breeze and enjoyable at the same time. Has a very supportive and caring team, noticeable improvement in movement. Great Tech support with Hilary, Dillon and Aimee. I came in with a very painful flare-up one day and Chris kept me in the clinic for two and a half hours, and made absolutely sure I was feeling better before sending me home. Above the call of duty...Fantastic!! The therapy group exhibited sincere interest in me as a person and a client. There is a friendly, professional atmosphere in receiving therapy here. The staff was very generous, caring and helpful. There was all the time a deep concern for me, asking if I needed water. I enjoyed being here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful here at TexPTS. Actually having an explanation of what was causing my pain, and having immediate relief after adjustments is what i will remember most about Texas Physical Therapy Specialist. Everyone made me feel like a human being. Every visit they were happy to see me. Excellence and expertise, coupled with extraordinary care, is almost unheard of these days. But this is what Chris Stanley offered me when, with screaming lower back pain, I limped through the door of Texas PT Specialists. At age 73, I felt 100, unable to stand without extreme discomfort, unable to lead my active life, unable to be as productive as I like to be. Ten sessions with Chris changed my "unables" into "ables" again. He knew exactly the right formula of exercises and spinal manipulations for my specific problem, unlike previous physical therapists whose "one-size-fits-all" tactics had only worsened my pain. Chris gave me positive results, his quiet encouragement and motivation, restored my joy of living and I feel 73 again. Happy, happy, happy!
After my first visit I immediately noticed how much better I felt walking out with NO limping, I will never forget how it motivated me to do my home exercises. While Therapy is often difficult, The staff does an outstanding job in creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. “PT = A lot of prayer and a little Trey, Goes a long way.” I will always remember this pleasant experience. The staff was always concerned enough to where I never had pain. I would recommend this group to anyone who needs therapy, the staff kept encouraging me, even when I was discouraged.
My most memorable experience here will have to be the way the staff treated the people and the way they worked with me while I was injured. My shoulder was pain free after my treatment. I was treated with the excellent care, and would not change anything about my experience here at Texas Physical Therapy Specialist! I will recommend Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, because I was so happy with the attention of the therapist to my complaints about where I was hurting. Therapy made my life much better. My most memorable experience would have to be getting on the bike and waking up my knees early in the morning. I was able to laugh and enjoy my experience with this staff, and the treatments have helped me so much. I was treated like royalty with the staff being so courteous, doing everything they could to make me comfortable.
When I first came here,I was afraid to use my left ankle,now I am very confident in my ability to walk without a brace,I even plan on taking dance lessons soon!
I have seen so much progress on my leg since I have been here, and it was all thanks to the wonderful and friendly team here. I have already recommended a friend to Chris Stanley because he is very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to patients concerns. Chris has been an outstanding physical therapist for not only myself, but my daughter too. My most memorable experience is improving to the point that not only was I pain free, but I felt stronger!!! My most memorable experience is the excellent knowledge of the staff: they gave me reasons and purposes for all the exercises. Chris gave clear instructions and excellent caring treatments. The team paid close attention to any problems and I loved that it was a very friendly, professional, and trustworthy environment! I have had a good experience every visit. The whole staff made each visit a joy. I am sorry to leave, yet I am leaving feeling better than 10 years of pain! Obvious dedication to correcting ALL patients physical problems. There is an atmosphere of great healing and motivation for well being of patient here. I spent two months at another facility but did achieve nothing to compare with healing process received here. I really liked having my wrists adjusted. I did not know you could do that! Because I drive from out of town to come here, having my appointments only available two days per week was not very convenient, but having an excellent hand therapist made the inconvenience of this worth it!! I came in after having therapy elsewhere and I was reluctant to even continue. After the amazing progress I made, I stopped hesitating and missing my appoitments. When I mentioned my hesitation to Dr. Boucher, she was excellent about measuring and showing me my progress. TexPTS works as a team, with everyone knowing what the next step is. The wonderful care I received was amaZing! The environment was very friendly. I was very pleased with the quality and care that I recieved. It is a very well-organized office and has exceptional staff members that all work cohesively. I have extremely high confidence in the staff and I am positive that any patient will be satisfied with the care provided. The adjustments made me feel very loose, also the pool. It was all VERY RELAXING and worked very well towards my rehab. The appointment times were very convenient. The therapy team was very friendly and willing to answer any and all of my questions. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and interested in my well-being. Dr. Baker was very knowledgable and the combination of PT and Chiro makes for an excellent therapeutic experience. You are GREAT!! The exercise program and facility were great! Everyday was a good experience. The team helped me recover!! It is a miracle! I really enjoyed it here. There is nothing in my opinion that has any call for improvement. There was good attention from the therapy team and the people were excellent. Everyone treated me with respect. I cannot begin to thank you folks enough for helping me become healthy! I loved Matt! He was great and had a professional attitude. I enjoyed the group atmosphere and dialog with other clients. The music is great and keeps you pumped for therapy! Physical therapy did wonders for me. I feel so much better when I left here, than when I started. He used terms I was able to comprehend, rather than all that fancy medical jargon. I appreciated the one on one time he took to discuss my goals and treatment plan. James and the staff were great! My back and neck feels better than it has been in years! The primary reason I am here is because Matt gave me a very accurate diagnosis and treatment! He was very interested and had a willingness to listen to me. Excellent care! James got me back on the tennis courts much quicker than I expected. Thank you!! The staff is very professional. The primary reason I am here is because the therapists are very knowledgeable, responsive to feedback, and great motivators. For instance, I was able to catch the bounced Excercise Ball. That was a BIG accomplishment because catching balls is quite difficult for me. Each and every person was great!
