The therapists, are very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Their assistants and the office staff are equally as nice and friendly. The facility is clean and spacious. All this together makes for a very pleasant rehab experience!

Meet the Staff
Dr. Morgan is the Regional Managing Partner for North Austin, and the Clinic Director for Avery Ranch and Georgetown.
Dr. Morgan attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences center in Lubbock where he graduated with Masters of Physical Therapy in 2004 and Masters of Athletic Training in 2005. In 2012, he completed a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) through Evidence In Motion with a focus on orthopedics and manual therapy. In 2013, he became Board Certified in Orthopedics (OCS) and competed EIM’s Manual Therapy certification. In 2015, he completed a Fellowship in Orthopedics and Manual Physical Therapy and was awarded Fellowship status by the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. He has since followed up with specialty training in Chronic Pain through the International Spine and Pain Institute (ISPI). He also practiced as a licensed Paramedic for the local MICU level 911 service in Lubbock
In the clinic, Dr. Morgan strives to provide the best orthopedic care for all conditions with a focus on spine and chronic pain.
Ben serves as a Managing Partner and Residency Director for TexPTS with a focus on the growth and development of our clinical staff and team building.
He likes to spend his spare time with his wife, Cassie, and daughter, Madeline, play washers with friends, and try his hand at BBQing. He also travels the US teaching Physical Therapy skills through Evidence in Motion.
Dr. Caro-Mata graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2008. He also possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University – San Marcos. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from The Evidence In Motion Institute of Health Professions in 2016 where he also completed the Sports Residency Program in 2014. He obtained Board Certification in Sports (SCS) in 2013 and Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS) in 2016.
Aaron enjoys working with athletes of all levels, from recreational leagues to competitive teams. He believes sports teach the importance of commitment, sacrifice, teamwork and determination – all of which are the foundation of a good athlete and teach lessons that carry over to life outside of sports.
Aaron considers himself an educator of his patients first and foremost. He believes that the most important aspect of his role as a health care professional is to empower patients by providing the tools they need to improve their quality of life.
Dr. Wells graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Later on, he completed his transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and Orthopedic Residency Program through Evidence In Motion (EIM). He is currently studying to obtain a specialty in orthopedics and plans to continue his specialization in sports as well as strength and conditioning.
Dr. Wells is committed to providing the highest standard of care, and he does so by utilizing an evidence-based approach when examining and treating his patients. He believes that it is important to treat the patient as more than a number by taking the time to get to know his clients and making a plan according to their specific needs. Aaron enjoys treating patients of all varieties from pediatric to geriatric injuries involving the spine, shoulder, knee, hip, ankle, and hand/wrist.
As a native Kentuckian, Aaron is passionate about basketball and enjoys rooting for the Kentucky Wildcats with his wife Anna, daughters Claire and Veronica, and son Micah. He also enjoys staying active by running, weight training, and golfing. He is very happy to have the chance to serve needs of the local community!
Alicia earned her Physical Therapist Assistant A.A.S from Austin Community College. She also studied Behavioral Science at Pennsylvania State University and York College of Pennsylvania. She worked as a residential counselor and medical transcriptionist for many years before pursuing a career physical therapy. She is now able to combine her two passions: an active lifestyle and helping people improve their quality of life.
Alicia is originally from Baltimore and has also lived in Germany, England, and Pennsylvania. She currently lives in Round Rock with her husband, Scott, their children, Nate and Lauren, and their dog, Holly. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, watching football, running, and spending time with her friends and family.
Dr. Sarah Woods received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2018. In 2016, she graduated from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington with her Bachelors of Science in Biology, and if she had not become a Physical Therapist she would be on a boat in Alaska right now leading whale watching tours. Sarah is currently completing an Orthopedic Residency program with Evidence In Motion, and working towards becoming a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys staying active and spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling, and has had the opportunity to visit England, Germany, France, Italy, and the Philippines in the past few years. The next place on her list to visit is Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada.
Dr. Ali is a native of Miami, Florida and recently made the move to the great state of Texas. She received her Bachelor’s in Art History from Boston College and then went to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She graduated with honors with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Miami in 2018. Prior to joining the TexPTS team at Georgetown, Aida worked as an Acute Care Physical Therapist at University of Miami Hospital. She primarily worked with knee or hip post-operative patients, as well as oncological patients.
After working in the hospital network, Aida sought a career where she could help patients with long-term pain relief. She is currently continuing her education with a residency through Evidence in Motion (EIM) to become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS).
In her free time, Aida enjoys participating in endurance races such as triathlons and marathons. When she is not staying active, she enjoys spending time with her black lab, Simba, and exploring the food scene in Austin.
Dr. Baylee Hirt grew up in the small town of Brady, Texas. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University in College Station in 2016. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas in 2019. She is currently pursuing a specialty from Evidence in Motion (EIM) to become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS).
Baylee enjoys helping people return to the activities they love. Whether they are post-surgery or weekend warriors and anywhere between, Baylee enjoys working with orthopedic patients of all ages.
In her free time, Baylee enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, and exploring the Austin area. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and her yellow Labrador, Millie.
