The therapists, are very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Their assistants and the office staff are equally as nice and friendly. The facility is clean and spacious. All this together makes for a very pleasant rehab experience!

Meet the Staff
Justin Simon is the Kyle Clinic Director.
Justin Simon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from Montana State University of Billings in 2010. He then went on to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA in 2013. He then moved to Texas in 2013 to pursue Residency training in Orthopedics through Evidence in Motion and graduated in the spring of 2015.
Justin and his wife continue to live in San Marcos, where they met. They spend their free time around the San Marcos river, love biking and hiking in the hot Texas summers and are both heavily involved with their church with the children’s ministry and with the band. Justin plans to continue in the educational realm by educating and mentoring young physical therapists and doctoral interns.
Dr. Elizabeth Cote graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Vermont in 2014. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2018.
Elizabeth moved Texas in 2018 to begin working for TexPTS. She is currently enrolled in a Manual Therapy Certification course through the Evidence In Motion.
Elizabeth lives in South Austin, where she enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, working out, and trying new and interesting foods! She is very interested in continuing to explore this new city and seeing all that Austin (and Texas) have to offer!
Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from The State University of New York at Cortland and became
a Certified Athletic Trainer in 2010. He then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 2017.
Adam started in a pediatric concussion specialty, where he became an ImPACT certified provider in treating persistent post concussive symptoms. He then moved to Austin, Texas to pursue Residency training and became a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2020. He also holds a Certification in Applied Prevention and Health Promotion and he hopes to continue to pursue his interest in
improving the wellbeing of his community.
Adam is a first generation Vietnamese-American. He grew up in New York playing ice hockey and is an avid fan of the New Jersey Devils. When he is not in the clinic, he enjoys exploring Austin by bike and training at his CrossFit gym.
Dr. Ashley Stagni started her career in physical therapy with an Associates in physical therapy as a licensed PTA in 2009. While working in an outpatient setting she continued to work towards her Bachelors in Exercise Science. She graduated Valedictorian from the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, IN, in 2011. In 2014 she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay, Ohio.
From there, she relocated to the great state of Texas and continued to pursue further areas of expertise. She earned her Manual Therapy Certification in 2017 and recently became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2018. Currently, she is pursuing her Hand Therapist Certification to allow her to further treat orthopedic cases with greater expertise. After completing this exam, she will be in the 1% of the United States PT population with an OCS, CHT, MTC speciality.
Dr. Stagni lives in Kyle, TX, with her husband, Joshua, and two baby boys, Gabriel and Raphael. She enjoys working in the yard, cooking, baking, wine, finding new fun restaurants, singing in her church choir, and all the fall season has to offer, including Notre Dame football.
Dr. Isaac Acay graduated from Texas State University in 2016 with his Bachelors in Exercise Sports Science. Looking forward, he graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the South College DPT program in 2019.
Currently, Dr. Acay is working toward his Orthopedic specialty to further his understanding of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular dysfunctions.
Isaac grew up in Houston where he met his wife during high school. Having lived in the San Marcos/Kyle area since 2013, Isaac and his wife spend their time hiking, paddle boarding, and camping. Occasionally, Isaac assists in teaching advanced anatomy and physiology to Pre-rehabilitation students at Texas State University.
