After surgery and injury in 2025 I found myself at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists under the care of Dr. Hilary Higgins. It was a true blessing to meet her and her team. With multiple issues going on with the need for physical treatment and multiple medicine changes, I found support, empathy and compassion while still being encouraged to push myself.
With the new year came time to reverify my insurance. For a brief moment it looked like I would not be able to continue with services. But because Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond to follow up with my insurance, I was in fact able to move forward. She was another blessing.
Throughout my time receiving PT I continued to find blessing in the staff I encountered. Celia and Rachel at the front desk always gave genuine warm welcomes to everyone, even at 7:30 am. Jose, one of the PT techs, was always smiling, helpful and encouraging. He worked with me and my father who was a patient earlier in 2025 under the care of Dr. William Kenefick (my dad received excellent care and recovered well). We were both impressed with Jose’s commitment to patient care. I also have to say that although I did not have care from Dr. Molleigh Green, her energy and positive attitude shine throughout the clinic.
Dr. Hilary, thank you so much for the amazing care you provide and the excellent team you have put in place to take care of your patients. I feel lucky to have been referred to your clinic and to have received therapy from you. I wish you and your clinic the best for continued success.

Dr. Dominique Galvan is an absolutely amazing physical therapist! With her guidance I accomplished much more
in shorter time than I have ever done, with anyone else I have ever interacted with! As a disabled veteran for over 20 years, that is an amazing experience as I have gone through a lot of providers for many different things over the years. Dr. Galvan’s talent and expertise are second to none and I would strongly encourage you ask for her by name!

I have been going to Texas Physical therapy in New Braunfels TX from May to September for knee rebuildation with Emily and Sydney and they were amazing! They both were very sweet and helpful with my exercises and mobility. I highly recommend going to Texas Physical therapy in New Braunfels TX.

I had ankle surgery and went here for Therapy post surgery. Laura Midura was my Therapist. She continued to provide feedback on my progress and the assistants were also great. The information and assessments were very specific to my situation and although they are typically very busy they were always prepared for my arrival with and my time was honored by never having lag time while waiting for new directions.
They are happy and courteous which makes a big difference. I highly recommend them.

All of the physical therapists who worked with my son were outstanding, especially Israel. He was highly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, and took the time to ensure my son felt comfortable, confident, and supported during every session. The entire staff was professional and caring, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this physical therapy clinic to anyone seeking quality care.

I can’t say enough good things about my physical therapist. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about their patients’ progress. Every session felt personalized, and they always took the time to explain what we were working on and why. I’ve seen real improvement thanks to their guidance and encouragement.

Jeff has been amazing throughout my ongoing shoulder rehab after SLAP surgery. He’s very friendly and a true people person. He always takes the time to check in and gauge how I’m feeling that day, and he listens closely to any concerns I have. He’s funny, easy to talk to, and never pushes me past what feels comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his patients. I’m really grateful to have him as part of my recovery.

I've been coming here for physical therapy twice a week for my knees and legs and really like everyone here. My therapist is TJ and he's very friendly and makes me feel comfortable while pushing me to do the exercises. In the cases where something might be tough he'll modify the exercise slightly for the version I do at home between the in-person therapy appointments.
The equipment here is well maintained and modern. Its cleaned immediately by the staff to keep it sanitized.
The music seems to alternate between styles. Like one afternoon it was all 80s new wave style music and another day was 70s rock. My guess would be that the alternate who picks the music.
The front desk staff is very nice and remembers your name and welcomes you in as you arrive. I accidentally missed an appointment one day cause it was at a different time and he was really nice and got me rescheduled for just a little later in the day with no charge for missing the earlier time.

I was dealing with neck pain and limited mobility. Devin, my PT, was very patient and explained each exercise as often as I needed him too. The treatment was very effective and his reminders to do my PT at home really helped. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Aimee is truly a miracle worker. I came to her after working with a sports medicine doctor who was pushing me incredibly hard, to the point that I felt I was actually regressing, both mentally and physically. I didn’t feel heard, and my concerns about what my body was telling me were brushed aside. When I brought those same concerns to Dr. Aimee, everything changed. She listened. She allowed my body and my healing to lead the process, and because of that, the progress has been nothing short of incredible. She continuously adjusts our plan based on what my body, healing, and recovery are telling us and that approach has made all the difference. I genuinely appreciate her care, her attentiveness, and her respect for the healing process. I would (and already have) highly recommend Dr. Aimee and her entire team. You can truly tell they care.
P.S. Don’t tell them, but the icing after each appointment may have been what I lived for and kept me coming back. 😉
