The therapists, are very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Their assistants and the office staff are equally as nice and friendly. The facility is clean and spacious. All this together makes for a very pleasant rehab experience!

Meet the Staff
Stephen graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BS in Athletic Training in 2010 where he worked with over 300 division I college athletes as an Athletic Trainer. In 2013, he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Armstrong State University in Savannah, GA. In 2015, he received his Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists.
Dr. Clark enjoys working with orthopedic and sports patients of all ages with particular interest in running related injuries. He is the clinic director of our Selma location and enjoys serving our patients by leading others.
Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife, Danielle, son, Paxton, and two dogs, Ollie and Max. He is an avid runner and cyclist and has completed 3 full marathons, numerous half marathons, and short distance triathlons. In his spare time, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, running, cycling, camping, hiking, or cheering on his favorite sports teams, The Georgia Southern Eagles, Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Falcons!
Dr. McTague is the Georgetown Clinic Director.
Dr. McTague graduated from Saint Francis University with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2001. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Evidence In Motion, where he also completed the Executive Program in Private Practice Management in 2011. He obtained Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS) in 2007.
Dr. McTague has managed several orthopedic based clinics located in New Jersey, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and now Austin, Texas. In Los Angeles, Dr. McTague was a physical therapist at the prestigious Kerlan and Jobe Medical complex and provided care for many high school, collegiate and professional athletes. While living in San Francisco, he was the Director of Physical Therapy at Google Inc. Along with managing a physical therapy practice, Dr. McTague is an adjunct faculty at several doctorate physical therapy programs, including Baylor University, South College, and University of the Incarnate Word.
In his spare time,Dr. McTague enjoys every moment with his lovely wife and 3 children. He believes fitness and eating healthy are very important to living a long and prosperous life and he especially enjoys hiking, biking, and P90x workouts
Kim Lopez is a native Texan who earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science and her Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas State University. Eat’em Up Cats! She is currently a fellow in training to pursue her specialization in orthopedic manual therapy with evidence-based integration of advanced manual therapy techniques in clinical practice and clinical research to continue her commitment to lifelong learning.
Dr. Lopez’s clinical focus is on the outpatient needs of all ages and life-styles with a variety of diagnoses. She strives to provide evidence-based, compassionate care.
In her spare time, Dr. Lopez enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle with her husband Jacob, including running with her four dogs (Jack, Sammy, Charlie, and Max), hiking, weight-lifting , and unconventional performance training. She also loves cheering on her favorite sports teams, fantasy football, gardening, traveling, live music, and great food!
Breanne Riley attended Texas A&M to receive a bachelor of arts in biology with a minor in Spanish. She received her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and is currently participating in the manual therapy certification through Evidence in Motion (EIM). She currently serves as adjunct faculty at University of the Incarnate Word facilitating students in a problem based learning curriculum.
Breanne’s passion for working with patients with lymphedema has led her to become a certified lymphedema therapist. She is LANA certified and frequently speaks at breast CA support groups to educate and connect with the community.
Breanne’s mission is to facilitate success for her patients by empathy born from previous experience in PT as a patient, constant drive for clinical excellence, and providing best care. When she is not treating patients, she is running, dancing, participating in dog agility, and exploring Texas.
Brittany Wilson earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Alabama. A year later, she graduated with honors from Bishop State Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program. Currently, she is pursuing her PTA Specialty Certification in Orthopedics to further advance her knowledge and practice in orthopedic-related conditions to provide evidence-based results.
Clinically, Brittany is passionate about utilizing advanced exercise prescription and pain neuroscience education to lead her patients in holistic wellness. She enjoys getting to know her patients and engaging with them in their individualized care.
Recreationally, she enjoys gardening, art, cooking, and dance. Born and raised in Alabama, Brittany spends her free time exploring the San Antonio area with her husband, Jonathan, and dog, Mindy. As a former collegiate soccer athlete, she stays active by running and cycling. She is also a burgeoning world traveler who appreciates culture, coffee, and cuisine.
A native Texan, Dr. Alanna Shay graduated from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, with her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. She then moved back to Texas and received her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Afterward, Dr. Shay worked as an athletic trainer which allowed her to travel across the country and work with amazing athletes along the way. She then went to physical therapy school and graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis, Missouri. Dr. Shay is currently pursuing board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and is a hosted resident in the Evidence In Motion Orthopedic Residency program.
Dr. Shay enjoys working with orthopedic patients of all ages and finds enjoyment observing movement patterns in her patients. She strives to utilize evidence-based practice in all aspects of her care.
In her free time, Alanna can be found exploring various parks in and around San Antonio with her dog, Peanut. She also enjoys running and hiking. Alanna will never turn down breakfast tacos and she enjoys revamping cheap garage sale finds into cool home décor.
Victoria earned her Associates of Applied science at the Physical therapist assistant program at the Western Technical College in El Paso, Tx in 2013. She is in the process of earning her Advanced Proficiency in Orthopedics.
Victoria enjoys seeing patients of all ages with orthopedic conditions and especially enjoys working with athletes.
In her free time, she spends time with her 3 kids and husband exploring San Antonio, cooking, drinking teas and coffee, listening to music and playing roller derby.
Barton received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with dual minors in Biology and Psychology from Angelo State University, where he then went on to obtain a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Currently, Barton is enrolled in his Orthopedic Residency through Evidence in Motion.
Though Barton enjoys treating patients across the spectrum of care, his specialties include chronic pain, MVA, post-operative care, and sports injuries.
When not working, Barton enjoys relaxing with his wife and cat, rock climbing, hunting, fishing, cycling, programming, and playing video games.
