Meet the Staff
Dr. Haffner is the Clinic Director at the Stone Oak clinic.
Joshua Haffner earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from South College. Prior to that, Joshua obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Abilene Christian University.
Joshua specialized in orthopedics and is most interested in manual therapy and general orthopedic rehabilitation.
In his free time, Joshua enjoys reading, weightlifting, and spending time outdoors.
Dr. Leanna Garza earned her Bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science with a psychology minor from Texas State University in San Marcos. Leanna went on to complete her Physical Therapy degree from South College in Knoxville, TN.
Dr. Garza plans to complete an orthopedic residency with Evidence In Motion to become Board Certified in Orthopedics. Leanna enjoys working with all rehab injuries and takes interest in the geriatric population.
Leanna is from Hondo, Texas and enjoys being close to her family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, playing tennis, watching Netflix, and finding new eatery’s.
Zachary Kovacevic earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Bradley University. Prior to that, Zachary obtained his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Bradley University.
Zachary specializes in orthopaedics and is most interested in treating spine pain.
In his free time, Zachary enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, Danielle, exploring various Texas eateries and breweries, and enjoying the outdoors with his close family and friends.
Barbara Guarriello completed her undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis where she majored in psychology and dance. She danced professionally, worked as a consultant for non-profit arts organizations, and taught preschool prior to enrolling in graduate school. Barbara graduated from George Washington University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). She completed the Manual Physical Therapy Certification program through Evidence In Motion (EIM) and is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS).Barbara enjoys treating dancers and is happy to provide care for Ballet San Antonio’s artists.
Barbara is a certified yoga instructor, and when she is not in the clinic she enjoys spending time with her husband David, daughter Gabriella, and her son John.
Morgan attended Clemson University and received Associate of Applied Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC. She is currently enrolled in Evidence in Motion’s PTA Speciality Certification in Orthopedics program.
Morgan enjoys working with orthopedic patients of all ages and conditions.
Morgan is originally from South Carolina and enjoys exploring her new city San Antonio area. She also loves watching movies, traveling and going to the lake.
Dr. Cadia Spraker earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Dr. Spraker is beginning an orthopedic residency through Evidence In Motion to become Board-Certified in Orthopedics.
Besides being passionate about physical therapy she is also super passionate about staying active and getting outside. Cadia is happiest learning new movements at CrossFit, mountain biking, and playing pick-up lacrosse in the yard with her siblings back home. Eventually she even wants to learn how to surf!
As a new resident, Cadia is looking forward to meeting new people and seeing what San Antonio has to offer. If you run into her at the clinic, tell her about your favorite local spot! Apart from exploring Texas, she aspires to travel nationally and abroad. San Diego, California, and Banff, Canada, are first on the list.
Kimberly Tovar earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from South College. Prior to that, Kimberly obtained her Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University.
Kimberly is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is most interested in treating the Metabolic population.
In her free time, Kimberly enjoys being active outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling to experience new places.
Dr. Wendorf is the Stone Oak Clinic Director.
Elise’s lengthy list of credentials began with her Bachelor’s degree in dance from Texas Woman’s University, where she also performed with the national touring company and danced professionally even while enrolled in physical therapy school (now that’s what we call multitasking)!
She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Now, she is also a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedics and has studied extensively with the International Spine and Pain Institute, earning her credentials as a Certified Spine Manual Therapist.
In 2019, Elise completed her Fellowship training and earned the prestigious title of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. She also enjoys teaching and mentoring and currently acts as a faculty member at both Bellin College and Evidence In Motion (EIM). Additionally, she’s involved in Evidence In Motion’s Residency Program, both onsite at TexPTS Stone Oak and abroad. Elise certainly knows what’s what in the physical therapy world.
