Kelsey BirkPT, DPT
Dr. Birk earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSMC) in Dallas. Prior to UTSMC, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em!). She is working toward her Manual Therapy Certification through Evidence In Motion (EIM) to further develop her hands on skills with patients.
Dr. Birk enjoys treating patients with all musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. With a background in both pediatrics and orthopaedics, she has fun treating patients of all ages. She was drawn to the altruistic nature of the profession and loves helping her patients to their previous level of function for improved quality of life.
While not in the clinic, she partakes in all things health and fitness related. She spends her time training for races, practicing yoga, strength training in the gym, or enjoying time outdoors and hiking. As an Austin native, she loves taking advantage of the many things to do around Austin, whether it be spending time on the lake, listening to live music, and trying new restaurants.
Kasey KrusePT, DPT
Kasey Kruse is a graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Applied Sciences where he was a captain of the baseball team. He is currently completing the Orthopedic Residency program through Evidence In Motion and working towards receiving his board certification in Orthopedics.
Kasey’s expertise serves a wide range of patients, particularly sports related injuries and orthopedic conditions of the knee, shoulder, and spine.
When he isn’t in the clinic Kasey enjoys being outdoors, especially golf and mountain biking, and is passionate about weight lifting and fitness. Kasey is looking to inspire that same passion in his patients He is also a diehard Green Bay Packers fan (Vikings and Bears fans, beware).
Tibin PrincePT, DPT
Dr. Prince earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He moved to Austin, TX to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and graduated with honors from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Dr. Prince is eager to learn more about different orthopaedic conditions, and apply the most effective and evidence based interventions available for his patients. He is currently continuing his education with a residency through Evidence In Motion (EIM) to become an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS). Dr. Prince believes that his passion for physical therapy and continued education will translate and facilitate the most effective care for his patients.
When not at the clinic, Dr. Prince enjoys exploring Austin for the hikes, the food, and the arts. He stays active with running, basketball, and weight lifting. He also enjoys watching his favorite teams, the Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers. Dr. Prince looks forward to growth as an individual, and a health care provider as well as working alongside a great team at the Central location.

Dr. Reese is the Central Park Clinic Director.
Dr. Reese earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University in Colorado. Prior to that she earned her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida and her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Arizona. Dr. Reese is a graduate of the Evidence In Motion (EIM) Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapy Residency program and is Board Certified as an Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Specialist (OCS) by the American Physical Therapy Association.
She enjoys treating all orthopaedic conditions with a special emphasis in soft tissue injuries and joint replacement surgeries. Dr. Reese is also the head of the TexPTS Cancer Recovery and Rehabilitation program and is a Certified Lymphedema Specialist. She is passionate about helping patients regain full function and return to normal activities after undergoing cancer treatment.
When she is not treating patients, Dr. Reese enjoys traveling, hiking, rock climbing, camping, mountain biking, and woodworking. She also enjoys taking her four dogs (Bailey, Morgan, Lykan, and Avery) for walks.
Oksana SilvaPT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Silva earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Lynchburg College after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Bridgewater college in Virginia. She is working toward her Manual Therapy Certification through Evidence In Motion (EIM) Orthopedic and Manual Therapy program and studying for her Orthopaedic Certified Specialist Certification. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and its Orthopedic Chapter.
She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including complex surgical patients, athletes, and everyone in between. Dr. Silva continues to be an active learner, addressing the patient’s primary functional concerns. Having been a patient herself, she truly values the impact it has on one’s quality of life.
After marrying a native, Dr. Silva ended up in Texas, falling in love with Austin. She enjoys anything outdoors, including paddle boarding, hiking, and kayaking. Spending time involved with her church, traveling, dancing, cooking (and of course, eating) are high on the priority list too. Life is full of adventures and she loves living it to the fullest with her husband and their furry companion, Tux. Whether in the kitchen, on the river, or in the clinic, they continue to learn each day.
