Kelsey Birk PT, DPT, OCS
Kelsey Birk PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Kelsey Birk earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) in Dallas. Prior to UTSW, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em!). She is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Certified in Dry Needling, a Certified Clinical Instructor, and also earned her Manual Therapy Certification through Evidence In Motion (EIM).
Dr. Birk enjoys treating patients with all musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. With a background in both pediatrics and orthopedics, she has fun treating patients of all ages. She was drawn to the altruistic nature of the profession and loves helping her patients return to their previous level of function for improved quality of life.
When she’s not in the clinic, she partakes in all things health and fitness related. She spends her time training for races, strength training in the gym, or enjoying time
outdoors and hiking. As an Austin native, she loves taking advantage of the many things to do around Austin, whether it be spending time on the lake, listening to live music, or trying new restaurants.
Samuel Brown PT, DPT
Samuel Brown PT, DPT
Samuel Brown earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northeastern University. Prior to that, Samuel obtained his Bachelor of Science in Rehab Science from Northeastern University.
Samuel specializes in orthopedics and is most interested in treating runner’s knee, tennis elbow, and Achilles Tendinopathy.
In his free time, Samuel enjoys rock climbing, running, and reading.
Jamie Reese PT, DPT, OCS, CLT
Jamie Reese PT, DPT, OCS, CLT
Dr. Reese is the Central Park Clinic Director.
Dr. Reese earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University in Colorado. Prior to that she earned her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida and her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Arizona. Dr. Reese is a graduate of the Evidence In Motion (EIM) Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy Residency program and is Board Certified as an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialist (OCS) by the American Physical Therapy Association.
She enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions with a special emphasis in soft tissue injuries and joint replacement surgeries. Dr. Reese is also the head of the TexPTS Cancer Recovery and Rehabilitation program and is a Certified Lymphedema Specialist. She is passionate about helping patients regain full function and return to normal activities after undergoing cancer treatment.
When she is not treating patients, Dr. Reese enjoys traveling, hiking, rock climbing, camping, mountain biking, and woodworking. She also enjoys taking her four dogs (Bailey, Morgan, Lykan, and Avery) for walks.

Tim Turpen PT, DPT
Tim Turpen earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Prior to that, Tim obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Whittier College.
Tim specializes in providing compassionate, empathetic, and well-rounded healthcare and is most interested in treating low back pain.
In his free time, Tim enjoys golfing, hiking, and trying new foods.

Keely Ozment earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. Prior to that, Keely obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Motor Behavior and Minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
Keely specializes in providing insightful, motivating, and individualized care and is most interested in treating athletic injuries.
In her free time, Keely enjoys attending music festivals/concerts, trying new restaurants (she’s a foodie!), and being active outdoors.
Jack Conkle PT, DPT

Physical TherapistDr. Jack Conkle earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Baylor University. Before that, he earned his Bachelor of Education in Human Performance Exercise Science from the University of Alabama. Jack is also a Certified Personal Trainer (cpt) through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Jack specializes in restoring motion through manual therapy and exercises so patients can return to the activities they enjoy. Above all else, he enjoys having fun and building lasting relationships with his patients.
In his free time, he likes exploring the outdoors, watching sports, playing golf, and reading. He also enjoys finding new hidden gems around the city.
