  • Katherine Sunderman

    Katherine SundermanPT, DPT, LAT, ATC

    Katherine Sunderman was born and raised in Hutto, TX. She graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Athletic Training and then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in Knoxville, TN. She is currently undergoing the Evidence In Motion’s (EIM) Orthopaedic Residency.

    Dr. Sunderman enjoys working with orthopaedic patients of all ages, with special interest in tactical athletes, sports athletes and persistent pain.

    Katherine enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Brian, and two dogs Ma Deuce and Reveille. A former collegiate volleyball player, she enjoys catching a game whenever she can and running to stay active.

  • Aida Ali

    Aida AliPT, DPT

    Dr. Ali is a native of Miami, Florida and recently made the move to the great state of Texas. She received her Bachelor’s in Art History from Boston College and then went to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She graduated with honors with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Miami in 2018. Prior to joining the TexPTS team at Georgetown, Aida worked as an Acute Care Physical Therapist at University of Miami Hospital. She primarily worked with knee or hip post-operative patients, as well as oncological patients.

    After working in the hospital network, Aida sought a career where she could help patients with long-term pain relief. She is currently continuing her education with a residency through Evidence in Motion (EIM) to become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS).

    In her free time, Aida enjoys participating in endurance races such as triathlons and marathons. When she is not staying active, she enjoys spending time with her black lab, Simba, and exploring the food scene in Austin.

  • Kylie Allen

    Kylie AllenPTA

    Kylie earned her Physical Therapist Assistant A.A.S from Blinn Junior College in 2018. She attended Texas Tech University studying Kinesiology before her PTA degree. Kylie plans to attend UMHB for their PTA to PT bridge program to continue her education.

    Kylie worked in an outpatient orthopedic clinic outside of College Station, TX prior to joining TexPTS. Her passion for physical therapy arose when a family member was diagnosed with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. She is devoted to providing care to patients who are in pain, recovering from surgery, or just want a more active and healthier lifestyle.

    Kylie is originally from Brownwood, TX where she lived on a ranch with her family. She now lives in Georgetown, TX, where she enjoys exploring the great outdoors and hanging out with her dogs  – Addie, Adler, and Axle.





  • Alicia Arbaugh

    Alicia ArbaughPTA

    Alicia earned her Physical Therapist Assistant A.A.S from Austin Community College. She also studied Behavioral Science at Pennsylvania State University and York College of Pennsylvania. She worked as a residential counselor and medical transcriptionist for many years before pursuing a career physical therapy. She is now able to combine her two passions: an active lifestyle and helping people improve their quality of life.

    Alicia is originally from Baltimore and has also lived in Germany, England, and Pennsylvania. She currently lives in Round Rock with her husband, Scott, their children, Nate and Lauren, and their dog, Holly. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, watching football, running, and spending time with her friends and family.

  • Aaron Caro-Mata

    Aaron Caro-MataPT, DPT, OCS, SCS

    Dr. Caro-Mata graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2008. He also possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University – San Marcos. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from The Evidence In Motion Institute of Health Professions in 2016 where he also completed the Sports Residency Program in 2014. He obtained Board Certification in Sports (SCS) in 2013 and Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS) in 2016.

    Aaron enjoys working with athletes of all levels, from recreational leagues to competitive teams. He believes sports teach the importance of commitment, sacrifice, teamwork and determination – all of which are the foundation of a good athlete and teach lessons that carry over to life outside of sports.

    Aaron considers himself an educator of his patients first and foremost.  He believes that the most important aspect of his role as a health care professional is to empower patients by providing the tools they need to improve their quality of life.

  • Loren Devine

    Loren DevinePTA

    Loren earned her Physical Therapist Assistant A.A.S. from Austin Community College. She also has a degree in Foreign Language studies from ACC.  In addition, she is currently pursuing a Specialty Certification in Orthopaedics​ from Evidence In Motion.

    Loren is passionate about advocating for a healthy, active lifestyle for people of all ages and has been able to combine her passion for helping others with her enjoyment for the treatment of the geriatric population with orthopedic injuries and surgeries.

    When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys running, lifting weights, and spending time with family. She believes caring for others is her calling in life, and believes in empowering patients with education to support long-term independence.

  • Mike McTague

    Mike McTaguePT, DPT, OCS

    Dr. McTague is the Georgetown Clinic Director.

    Dr. McTague graduated from Saint Francis University with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2001. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Evidence In Motion, where he also completed the Executive Program in Private Practice Management in 2011.  He obtained Board Certification in Orthopaedics (OCS) in 2007.

    Dr. McTague has managed several orthopedic based clinics located in New Jersey, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and now Austin, Texas. In Los Angeles, Dr. McTague was a physical therapist at the prestigious Kerlan and Jobe Medical complex and provided care for many high school, collegiate and professional athletes. While living in San Francisco, he was the Director of Physical Therapy at Google Inc. Along with managing a physical therapy practice, Dr. McTague is an adjunct faculty at several doctorate physical therapy programs, including Baylor University, South College, and University of the Incarnate Word.

    In his spare time,Dr. McTague enjoys every moment with his lovely wife and 3 children. He believes fitness and eating healthy are very important to living a long and prosperous life and he especially enjoys hiking, biking, and P90x workouts
