    Jason HernandezPT, DPT

    Dr. Hernandez is the Clinic Director at the San Antonio – Northwest location.

    Dr. Hernandez graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a major in Athletic Training. He started working for TexPTS as a tech/front office manager in 2006 before beginning Physical Therapy School at Texas State University. Dr. Hernandez completed the majority of his clinical rotations with TexPTS and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2012. He is currently working on his Manual Therapy Certification through Evidence In Motion.  Upon completion of the program, he plans to sit for the Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OSC) exam.

    He spends much of his free time hanging out with his PT classmates, who have become more like family to him.  Dr. Hernandez enjoys working out, cooking and attending any live music and sporting events. He LOVES the SAN ANTONIO SPURS!!! GO SPURS GO!!! He also currently successfully manages 3 NFL football teams. Well, Fantasy Football Teams, but it’s as close as he’s going to get in real life! He loves making people laugh and is extremely witty so good luck trying to pull one over on him!

    Rachel RogerioPTA

    Rachel graduated from the University of North Texas with her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Prior to attending UNT, she attended Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, where he earned her Associate’s degree from the Physical Therapist Assistant program. Working as a physical therapy technician for two years, Rachel fell in love in the outpatient physical therapy setting. She plans to pursue becoming certified in orthopaedics from Evidence In Motion in 2019.

    In her spare time Rachel spends every minute she can with family and baking new recipes. She also loves to travel and see new places with her husband, and they plan to travel to Alaska in 2019. She is an East Texas girl with a thick country accent, but loves San Antonio and everything the city has to offer.
