  • Danielle C. Aguilar

    Danielle C. AguilarPT, DPT, CPT

    Danielle C. Aguilar received her Bachelors’ degree in Exercise Science/Biomechanics from University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated with her Doctoral of Physical Therapy in 2015 from University of the Incarnate Word. She is working toward becoming a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS).

    Danielle is a certified National Council of Strength and Fitness personal trainer (CPT) and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Her specialties include return to sport therapy for athletes, injury prevention and manual therapy for the rehabilitation needs of all ages and population.

    From south Texas, near South Padre Island, Danielle holds great value in her family and faith. She enjoys spending time with friends and has a passion for health and fitness. As a former collegiate basketball athlete, sports are her passion and she continues to challenge herself physically through sport and fitness.

  • Justin Burke

    Justin BurkePT, DPT

    Justin earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from South College. Prior to earning his DPT he received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Temple University.

    Justin has completed his Emergency Medical Responder certification, and is currently enrolled in Sports Certified Specialist Residency.

    When Justin is not working inside the clinic he enjoys going to the gym, reading, and watching football.

  • Matthew Hernandez

    Matthew HernandezPT, DPT

    Dr. Matt Hernandez completed his undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University where he majored in Exercise & Sports Science graduating with high honors. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas.

    Growing up playing various sports year-round, Matt has a high interest in treating various orthopaedic and sport related conditions. He currently plans to enroll in the Sports Physical Therapy Certification through Evidence In Motion working towards becoming a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapy Specialist.

    When not working in the clinic, Matt enjoys exercising, eating all kinds of food, traveling, hanging out with his friends, family, and dogs, and watching any kind of sport.

  • Paul Lickteig

    Paul LickteigPT, DPT

    Paul earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Prior to earning his Doctorate, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M San Antonio.

    Paul has completed certification in Dry Needling and will be enrolled in a Manual Therapy Certification in the Spring of 2019 with the goal to become Board Certified in Orthopaedics. He takes special interest in orthopaedic sports injuries, especially in water sports such as swimming, diving, and water polo. Coming from a diverse sports background of football, baseball, as well as coaching club swimming has prepared him for treatment of athletes of all levels.

    When Paul is not working inside the clinic he enjoys hiking, swimming, lifting weights, and exploring food options around the San Antonio area. He also enjoys taking his two dogs Cannon and Jameson to the coast for long weekends.

  • Adam Roggia

    Adam RoggiaPT, DPT, MS, OCS

    Dr. Roggia is the Clinic Director of the Spurs Lane location.

    Adam earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Marymount University. Prior to earning his DPT, he obtained his Master’s degree in Sports Conditioning and Performance from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.

    Adam is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He takes special interest in private practice management and direction, as well as sports and orthopaedic physical therapy.

    When Adam is not working inside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, their dog, Bubba, and contributing time and effort to both church and community service. He is a multiple time Boston Marathon qualifier and racer.

  • Neil Sheth

    Neil ShethPT, DPT, SCS, CSCS

    Dr. Neil Sheth graduated with honors from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). He started his career with TexPTS as a sports resident through Evidence In Motion in 2016 at the Georgetown clinic In 2016 Dr. Sheth became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association before becoming Board Certified Sport Clinical Specialist (SCS) in 2018 through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

    Dr. Sheth has experience working in several different orthopaedic settings in the Northeast. From athletes at all levels to those recovering from surgery, Dr. Sheth takes pride in helping those ready to work hard and return to their favorite hobbies better than before. Dr. Sheth enjoys using his strength and conditioning knowledge and athletic background in providing a unique and individualized treatment program.

    When not in the clinic, Dr. Sheth enjoys being active, reading, and exploring all that Texas has to offer. He also is a player for the Leander Wolfpack football team. He is excited to continue his physical therapy career with TexPTS in San Antonio and grow alongside a great team!
